As one of the founding members of the firm, Rajat Khurana brings visionary leadership and 25+ years of extensive expertise to the organization. An engineer by training and entrepreneur at heart, he is always looking at solving challenging problems for clients and society at large.
Starting his career as an Oracle Consultant, he had implemented Oracle Financials, Distribution & Manufacturing 13 time across various industries like Finance, Hi-tech Manufacturing, Energy, Media, Telecom and Aerospace before he founded West Coast Consulting.
He has been the driving force in re-inventing the firm from consulting in Oracle & SAP to eCommerce to Mobile Application Development to Data Analytics and now Artificial Intelligence based solutions all while expanding and building a global delivery platform.
His core focus has been to do what is best for our clients and help them win by building technology solutions for the future.
When he is not working, he is skiing, running triathlons, teaching entrepreneurship to kids, supporting various charity initiatives and bringing the concerns of the Technology & Consulting Industry to elected officials across California and Washington DC.
Sachin is a Computer Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the staffing and consulting industry, partnering with organizations across eCommerce, cybersecurity, and other technology sectors. He studied at the University of California, Irvine (UCI), continued his education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and further expanded his expertise through blockchain studies at the University of Oxford. As an early adopter of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, he has remained at the forefront of emerging technologies throughout his career.

Outside of work, he is passionate about soccer and has spent the past decade coaching and training youth athletes throughout Orange County, consistently leading his teams to national championship success.
Garrett Blackwell is a Director Sales at West Coast Consulting. He has over 18 years of experience in private equity investments, managing growth, startups and restructuring operating companies.
He has been a Board representative across several of his portfolio companies and has spearheaded corporate strategy to drive new market expansion, acquisitions, growth, profitability across multiple verticals to deliver value to shareholders.
