Starting his career as an Oracle Consultant, he had implemented Oracle Financials, Distribution & Manufacturing 13 time across various industries like Finance, Hi-tech Manufacturing, Energy, Media, Telecom and Aerospace before he founded West Coast Consulting.
He has been the driving force in re-inventing the firm from consulting in Oracle & SAP to eCommerce to Mobile Application Development to Data Analytics and now Artificial Intelligence based solutions all while expanding and building a global delivery platform.
His core focus has been to do what is best for our clients and help them win by building technology solutions for the future.
When he is not working, he is skiing, running triathlons, teaching entrepreneurship to kids, supporting various charity initiatives and bringing the concerns of the Technology & Consulting Industry to elected officials across California and Washington DC.

Vivek Varadan serves as Senior Director of Strategy at West Coast Consulting, bringing more than 20 years of experience in private equity, business strategy, growth initiatives, startup scaling, and corporate restructuring. Throughout his career, he has represented investors on the boards of portfolio companies, leading strategic initiatives focused on market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
At West Coast Consulting, Vivek leads the company's strategic growth initiatives, helping expand its global presence while identifying new opportunities across international markets. He plays a key role in advancing WCC's vision of becoming an AI-driven solutions organization, leveraging innovation to deliver greater value for clients and partners.
Anuj Khurana brings over 15 years of leadership experience to his role as Director of SAP Practice. Before joining WCC, he successfully managed SAP projects independently and as a manager at BearingPoint. His expertise was instrumental in the implementation of Gwinnett County’s SAP HR/Payroll system, among other projects. Anuj holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an MBA in Finance, Strategic Management, and Information Technology from the University of Bombay (India) and Monash University (Australia).
Anna leads the HR & Administration team, overseeing workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and compensation strategies. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, she has successfully driven HR strategies and workforce optimization initiatives. Prior to her current role, she served as Director of HR in Malaysia and held multiple senior HR positions. Anna joined the company in 2005 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Science, along with a certification in Information and Systems Management.
Mr. Sunil Batra is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of business and corporate experience across various industries like Manufacturing, Banking and Finance, Infrastructure, Information Technology and Legal Services.
Coming on board with strong leadership, team building and operational capability he has been instrumental in setting up first our India office from scratch followed up setting up our organization in over 15 countries. He has played a key role in shaping the infrastructure as well as core processes and procedures facilitating smooth business operation.
He manages our India organization, preparing for it be a center point of all WCC Projects and Initiatives.
Jennifer Wilkes brings over six years of expertise in financial management and accounting. Before joining WCC, she worked in the manufacturing and real estate investment sectors. In her role, Jennifer plays a key part in managing payroll, financial administration, health insurance, and 401K benefits. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.
