The WCC Method

The WCC Method provides a framework in which Oracle Applications projects can be planned, estimated, controlled, and tracked in a consistent manner. WCC tailors its solution to meet specific customer requirements with time-tested, proven implementation techniques. WCC has developed a multi-step process that can be characterized into six phases:

Phase 1.

Phase 2.

Requirements Definition and Operations Analysis.
WCC analyzes and models their customers' business processes and recommends appropriate uses of Applications.

Phase 3.

Solution Design

WCC assists in the development of detailed designs that considers organizational changes, process improvements, and reengineering initiatives while helping their customers choose the most cost-effective alternatives to meet their future business requirements.

Phase 4.

Build and Test.

WCC configures and tests the applications. Develops and tests custom reports, data conversions, interfaces, customizations, and extensions.

Phase 5.

Acceptance and Transition.

WCC documents production setup, conducts end-user training, performs acceptance tests to the system, and readies the applications for their customers' production.

Phase 6.

Production and Post Production.

During the cutover period, WCC monitors their customers' system, supports the users, documents problems, and applies fixes in a controlled environment. Transfers knowledge to their customers' operations teams and helps to ensure future stability of the system.
