He has worked along with various leading Consulting Firms and
is currently focused on business development and building new

The driving force behind the New York office, Bhupendra brings a rare level of technical and business expertise to IT projects. With over 14 years of high-level IT experience, Mr. Yaduvanshi is an internationally recognized expert in the design, development, implementation and support of Oracle applications and a veteran of many major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects.
In 1997, Bhupendra met an equally gifted IT visionary, Rajat Khurana, while they were both working in Irvine, CA. on the Westen Digital global Oracle implementation. They both shared the same dream of creating a company that would drive quality ERP implementations
Together, they founded WCC and continue to operate it as a U.S. based company, with solution centers in California, New York and India.
Currently he is managing the East Coast Operations and directs its operations from the New York office. |

Mr Cummings is a Seasoned Information Technology Sales Executive with over 14 years of experience in Automotive, Financial Services, and Manufacturing industries to name a few. He brings Strong leadership ability and considerable business development and executive level consultative selling experience, involving complex negotiations. He has extensive experience in several technologies and the ability to apply technologies to specific business processes and problems.
Currently he is part of the WCC Core team and is responsible for building long term strategic relationships with key decision makers within Fortune 500 and midsize companies.
Sean is a native Southern Californian, a former Marine and a Gulf War Veteran |

| Maneesh Gupta, Director Channel Sales, West Coast |

Maneesh brings 16 years of experience in Techno-commercial sales accomplishments in Information Technology. He brings expertise is building effective, revenue-generating client and partner relationships to help WCC meet its business goals. In his role, he oversees sales growth and the development of new partnerships and alliances for WCC.
His career spans more than a decade of experience in sales and channel management with leading technology & Consulting companies in INDIA and United States and includes diverse experience in leading consulting practice management, client management and People management including onsite and offshore teams.
He graduated from University of Delhi with a BS in Commerce and MBA in IT & Management. |

| Anil Sathyan, Director Channel Sales, East Coast |

Mr. Anil Sathyan is a seasoned professional specialized in Information Technology Management, Engineering and Project Management with vast experience of over 18 years in various industry verticals including Heavy Engineering, Medical , Petroleum and Energy. Having worked in Europe and US he carries extensive international experience. He also has acquired his MBA from US specializing IT Management and is an active member of PMI.
Currently he is taking care of our east coast operations from the Florida Office and he is one of our key persons within the Oracle Practice and Project Management division. |

Ms. Anna leads the HR&A team in all aspects of planning and implementing Information Technology’s human resources strategy. She also directs the development of the sector’s work force, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organization change and effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Anna most recently served as Director HR in Malaysia. She held several other HR management positions. Her numerous human resources leadership positions give her a broad background in human resources strategy and development.
Ms. Anna joined the company in 2005. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Science and has completed Information and Systems Management Program. |

| Anuj Khurana, SAP Practice Director |

Anuj brings over 15 years of management experience to the job of Director, SAP Practice at West Coast Consulting. Prior to joining West Coast Consulting, Anuj spent several years managing SAP projects independently and as a manager with BearingPoint. Anuj was a key player in the successful implementation of Gwinnett County's SAP HR/Payroll system among others.
Anuj holds B.Com and MBA degrees in Finance and Strategic Management & Information Technology from the University of Bombay (India) and Monash University (Australia). |

Mr. Sunil Batra is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of business and corporate experience across various industries like Manufacturing, Banking and Finance, Infrastructure, Information Technology and Legal Services.
Coming on board with strong leadership, team building and operational capability he has been instrumental in setting up the India office from scratch. He has played a key role in shaping the infrastructure as well as core processes and procedures facilitating smooth business operation. He has been completely involved in building the India team. Currently, he is managing the Indian organization, preparing for it be a center point of all WCC Projects and Initiatives. |

Jennifer brings over 6 years of financial and accounting experience to the job of Finance Manager at West Coast Consulting. Prior to joining West Coast Consulting LLC Jennifer worked for companies in the manufacturing and real estate investment sectors.
In her position Jennifer plays an integral role in assisting employees and contractors with all financial, payroll, health insurance, and 401K administration related issues.
Jennifer holds a B.S in Finance from Virginia Tech.
